It has been over two months since I ordered hay. This is not the first time I have ordered from this company and knew it takes a few weeks to get, but the hay is such good quality and my bunnies LOVE it that I am willing to plan ahead to make sure they have plenty of it. BUT this time I placed my order on April 24th, 2024 and two months later I STILL haven't received my order despite getting an email from Matt on May 6th, 2024 stating my order is on the way. The tracking number provided in that email still shows the hay hasn't been picked up, just a label created. After many unanswered emails and phone calls to Matt I had to reach out to the company through Social Media (twice) before I got a reply from Matt. That was two weeks ago, stating he was getting my order out right away and giving me a refund. I still haven't received my hay or my refund. I hate to say this, but I will have to find another company to purchase my bunnies hay from and count this as a loss.
We adopted an eight year old rabbit from the shelter that refused to eat any standard hay, only pellets. This was the stuff that got him eating hay, and now he loves it.
Really like the lack of plastic in the packaging that was awesome very good hay my bunny is not used to it being quite so stiff but it's very good I like the addition of the flowers...Thank you for being organic.
After a hiccup with shipping and some communication with the company, I honestly couldn't be more satisfied with this first order of hay. It smells fantastic, and it is iong and crunchy , which surprised me for this type of hay. Very good for the teeth and gut health in rabbits. My two love it.
